The App facilitates the booking of various car-related services, including but not limited to car wash, engine oil change, maintenance, repairs, and tuning. Users can place orders for these services through the App.

2. Ordering Process

Users must provide accurate and complete information regarding their vehicle and desired services when placing orders. The Company reserves the right to reject service if the provided information is inaccurate or incomplete.

3. Service Delivery

Services will be provided at the user’s doorstep as per the scheduled time agreed upon during the order placement. The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver services promptly; however, certain factors (e.g., weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances) may affect delivery times.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment methods and pricing for services are detailed within the App. Refunds may be applicable under specific circumstances, subject to the Company’s refund policy.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of the services, including but not limited to damages to the vehicle during service provision. While utmost care is exercised, inherent weaknesses or defects in materials not apparent before processing aren’t the responsibility of Auto Matrix.

6. Privacy Policy

User data collected by the App will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which details how information is collected, stored, and used.

7. No Use By Minors

Auto Matrix is intended for users aged 18 and above. Information provided by minors will not be accepted.

8. Release of Information

Data might be disclosed as required by law or for security reasons.

9. Automatic Collection

Cookies are utilized for identification purposes. Users can manage cookie preferences; disabling cookies may limit site functionality.

10. Deletion or Modification of Information

Users have the option to cancel their registration, choose not to receive emails/texts, or modify/delete their information using Auto Matrix’s platform.

11. Termination of Services

The Company reserves the right to terminate services for users who violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior during service provision.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

The App’s content, trademarks, and copyrights are owned by the Company. Users are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any content from the App without explicit permission.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, specifically those of the province of Punjab. In the event of a legal dispute, the parties agree to resolve it within the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.

14. Updates to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the App represents acceptance of the updated Terms.
